Combining platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with bone graft materials has been advocated as a means of enhancing rate and quality of new bone formation in regenerative procedures. This procedure is indicated when there is no sufficient bone for implantation, or in the case of optimal implant installation for esthetic or functional needs.
