    <abstract language="eng">We created an experimental model of hemangioma in the dog penis and studied the effectiveness of sclerotherapy using a magnesium-based metal rod in treating this tumor. We found that the magnesium rod possessed thrombogenic and sclerotic properties.</abstract>
