    <abstract language="eng">Citrullus colocynthis fruits and leaf has long been used for industrial , commercial and medical purpose. The present study was performed to determine the efficacy of Citrullus colocynthis on cutaneous leishmaniasis lesion in human. Sufficient amount of Citrullus colocynthis fruits were prepared and dissolved in 80 Methnol and prepared in ointment baseat 80% concentration. At the alternate time 2 groups of human, which have been infected by leishmaniasis, and 2 experimental groups receiving 80% concentrates of C. colocynthis extract. Citrullus colocynthis extract: every 3 days they receiving leaf powder of C. colocynthis. C. colocynthis extract reduced the rate of disease.</abstract>
