    <abstract language="eng">Majority of the Ukwuani’s and Urhobos are peasant farmers involved in daily manual labour. This result in muscular and skeletal aches and pains at the end of such labour. To achieve relief, the patent chemist shop owners sell pre-packaged analgesics combinations popularly known as "Ogwu Oseso" which means "body pain medicine" to these aching people.
