    <abstract language="eng">Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic degenerative condition affecting the joints. SEPO is a digital application designed for therapeutic management with the goal of enhancing the QoL OA patients. This study aimed to establish reliable and valid measurement tools for assessing the content and application. The validation and realization test SEPO content using google forms was carried out at primary health facilities in Malang, Indonesia with total 30 OA patients. Assessment of validity and reliability of SEPO content using Pearson Product Moment (r &gt; 0.3) and Crobach’s Alpha (r &gt; 0.6). Meanwhile, the validation SEPO application using FGD by eight raters by zoom meeting with a CVR value of &gt; 0.71. The results of the SEPO content validity test were r count &gt; 0.3 and reliability results were obtained for VAS r = 0,8 , for WOMAC r = 0.755 , for sodium diet compliance questionnaire  r = 0.840 so that questionnaire was also valid and reliable, while for SEPO application validity test the results of CVR value = 0.99 so that the SEPO digital app is worth to use. The SEPO digital application can be used as a measurement tool to improve the QoL of OA patients.</abstract>
