This is due, on the one hand exit under patent protection of new drug molecules, and on the other hand for to counteract competition from generic manufacturers. Subsequently synthesis of new chemical entities with therapeutic action out several studies are needed in design, development, characterization and optimization of pharmaceutical dosage forms thereof. When developing new drug molecules systems and optimizing pharmaceutical formulations, it is essential to determine the physical and chemical properties of the new drug molecules used and other derived properties.
