Article publication charges levied to authors is the only source of income\u00a0which is utilized in maintaining the administrative and the print cost. Also a\u00a0very non-significant part of\u00a0revenue also comes from the subscription.<\/p>\n<p>The APC is based on adjusted scale, providing reduced rates for low and middle income countries on the publication charges.
