Abstract: There is a considerable importance on the changes in the biochemicals in the different tissues in the aquatic animals in accordance with the reproductive activities. In the present study the sand lobster Thenus orientalis is taken as the testing animal and the biochemicals like protein, carbohydrate, lipid and the enzymes like LDH, NSE, ACP and ALP were estimated.
