Abstract: Algorithm of ST-interval selection of electrocardiographic signal was developeed that allows for dynamic evaluation of the heart performance and identifies critical states for the detection of coronary artery disease and preinfarction condition. R-wave is calculated in examinations according to the algorithm without setting fixed numerical thresholds, as well as use of rate increase and decrease of the amplitude conditioning. Algorithm is implemented with the software environment LabView. Simultaneously, identification of the isoline Z is performed and with its help determining S and T points.
