A Study of Relevance Quality of Life and Marital Satisfaction with Job Burnout in Nurses

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the relevance between quality of life and marital satisfaction with job burnout Urmia. Participants were 150 nurses in hospitals in the city of Urmia in 2014, randomly selected and randomly designated. The measuring quality of life (SF36) questionnaire, Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire short form and Maslach and Jackson questionnaire used to gather data were by subjects. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and Regression) were used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that is a significant difference between quality of life and marital satisfaction with job burnout of nurses in Urmia city. Nurses that to a lesser extent suffering from job burnout, Current marital satisfaction in their lives to a greater extent and had a satisfactory quality of life.
