Abstract

Management of uncooperative children in the dental office has been a challenge to the profession which can be overcome by rendering treatment under General Anaesthesia. Oral Rehabilitation of children under General Anaesthesia is beneficial but one must keep in mind the physiological differences as child is not a miniature adult. This paper focusses on these differences, benefits and principles of General Anaesthesia in children.
