To know the incidence of primary caesarean section in a multipara.

To study the incidence and their evaluation.

To study the immediate post-operative period and subsequent puerperial period of mother and neonate.

To study maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality following operation.

To know the perinatal outcome following caesarean section.

To study the complications.
