Thyroid Crisis in A Toxic Multinodular Goiter Patient Triggered by A Den-3 Subtype Dengue Infection

Abstract: Male 33 years old patient came with complaint of fever. Positive NS1 and DEN-3 dengue virus were revealed. Patient also with multiple nodules thyroid gland with increased of thyroxine hormone level and Burch Wartofsky 45. Patient was dignosed of thyroid crisis triggered by Den-3 serotype of dengue virus. It was life-threatening case and treated at high care unit. Early diagnosed and prompt treatment safe patient life.
